February 1960 Kurihara Spring Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Hasuda, Saitama Prefecture
November 1965 Nanshin Hatsujo was established in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture
June 1966 Nanshin Hatsujo was reorganized as Nanshin Hatsujo Co., Ltd.
March 1972 Kanesan Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established
October 1975 Syoshin Precision was established in Iida, Nagano Prefecture
May 1986 Syoshin Precision was reorganized as Syoshin Precision Co., Ltd.
July 1986 Nanshin Hatsujo Co., Ltd. changed its name to Nampax Co., Ltd.
November 2000 Kurihara Spring Industry Co., Ltd. and Nampax Co., Ltd. merged to establish “Kuramoto High-Tech Co., Ltd.”
August 2001 New factory completed due to reconstruction of Suwa Factory
November 2004 Kuramoto High-Tech Co., Ltd., Syoshin Precision Co., Ltd., and Kanesan Manufacturing Co., Ltd. merge to form “LADVIK Co., Ltd.”
August 2009 Two factories in Suwa City (Nakasu and Akanuma factories) are integrated to form the “Suwa Factory”
October 2010 Subsidiary LADVIK (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. is established in the Kingdom of Thailand
January 2012 The “Suwa Factory” is renamed “Suwa No. 1 Factory”, and the “Saitama Factory” is closed and relocated to Suwa City as the “Suwa No. 2 Factory”
July 2013 Head office is relocated from Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture to Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo
September 2014 Becomes a subsidiary of Yamashina Co., Ltd. (now Wise Holdings Co., Ltd.)
September 2017 “Nagoya Office” is opened in Nagoya City
October 2017 Increased capital to 301 million yen and started sales of chemical products (foamed and reinforced plastic products)
February 2018 Opened the "Osaka Office" in Osaka City
December 2019 Opened the "Iida (Kawaji) Factory" in Iida City, and renamed the previous Iida Factory to the "Iida (Tatsue) Factory"
November 2023 Merged two factories in Iida City (Tatsue and Kawaji Factory) into the "Iida Factory"
January 2024 Opened the "Omiya Office" in Saitama City
August 2024 Relocated head office from Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo to Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture
